Planning your cat’s holiday should feel just as relaxing as the stay itself. At Purr-Central, we understand that leaving your beloved cat in someone else’s care can feel daunting—so we’ve made every step as easy, clear, and stress-free as possible. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, we’re here to support both you and your cat every step of the way. Below, you’ll find everything you need to prepare for a smooth, happy check-in.

Booking a personal tour is the best way to explore our spacious suites, meet our caring team, and see firsthand how calm and comfortable our environment is. Tours are available by appointment - simply contact us to arrange a time that suits you.

Proof of current F3 minimum vaccination to be emailed or brought in at check in.
Vaccinations need to be updated a minimum of 10 days before check-in.
**Nobivac Ducat F2 will not be accepted

Guests need to be up to date with flea and worm treatments. If they are due during stay, we are happy to administer at a charge of $21 per treatment.
For the wellbeing of all our guests, we are unable to check in guests who show signs of cat flu or contagious viruses.

For the safetey of our staff, we ask that nails are clipped a maximum 2 weeks prior to check in. If they require doing during their stay, our staff will provide the pedicure service at a charge of $10.

For cats that are on medication, we ask that enough is provided for the duration of the stay, labelled clearly.
Prescription diets are important for cats to remain on, so we ask enough is provided for the duration of their stay.

All guests must arrive in a functional, clean cat carrier. These stay in your cat’s room for familiarity and safety.

For your cats’s safety, we require all cat collars to be removed before or on arrival.

9-11am & 4-6pm Monday - Friday
9-11am SaturdayTo ensure a smooth check in or check out, we request notification of time slot.
If any changes need to be made to your check in or check out date or time, please contact our reception.In the event of cancellation, Purr-Central requires 28 days notice. If notified outside this period, we will require the full balance to be paid unless we are able to fill the booking dates. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Balance of payment is due prior to or at check in. We accept EFT / Cash and Credit / Debit Cards.
